Our air conveying system technology:

Air conveying capacity of up to 9,000 m³/h at a vacuum of 0.97 bar, tank capacity of the vehicle body: 14 m³, drive power: 390 kW, and mounted on a 4-axle chassis. Blowing occurs at a maximum pressure of 1.0 bar and an air flow of 2,500 m³/h. The filter unit is also approved by the German Federal Institute for Industrial Engineering (BIA) for extracting asbestos fibers or other carcinogenic substances. Conveyor lines up to 200 m long and 75 m high.

Application of our air conveyor systems

The latest vehicle technology, the high-lifter on the tank, enables dust-free transfer from the vehicle tank into big bags, drums, or containers. The vehicle tank can be raised to a height of approximately 1.80 m.

Cyclone separators or vacuum troughs can be connected between the product and the vehicle to fill these containers and transport them away from the construction site. Water nozzles can be installed between the suction line to wet the product and enable further dust-free processing.

Bulk materials, liquid or solid, can be conveyed pneumatically from the vehicle tank via pipes and hoses, e.g.,

Substrates on flat roofs; materials in silo systems.

Materials recovered during accidents can be transferred to silo vehicles.
